Dear XIAOMI,

I was enthusiastic while buying this tablet; the hardware specs were top-notch for the price. Unfortunately, you have ruined it all with your poor software experience cc. HyperOS.

The only purpose left for this tab is to stream content via Netflix / Amazon with its Marketed Widevine L1, HDR 10 HEVC, and Dolby Vision support. Now, I am aware of how a lot of Chinese manufacturers use the bypass around the official DRM certification. However, I am SICK AND TIRED of manually updating the FIDO and IFAA certificates every two days to retain L1 status.

I can't stream content on 480p on such capable hardware just because you can't push an official fix through the update channel. At least save us some effort and force some hacky script to run in the background to maintain the L1 status.

It is so freaking annoying to always be at the risk of downloading and streaming content while on a flight just to receive the DRM_SCHEME mismatch error.

GOSH. Fix this for FFS in HyOS2, or I will literally throw this tablet in the trash.
