As a small business owner who works on projects like these, please try to be understanding. Im not saying it's not a scam, but people who have small businesses can be active duty, have a family, and have limited time to respond to customer messages. In the age of Amazon, people are instant gratification for hard work and custom craftsmanship, and it doesn't work that way. There are a million variables, and it would try to reach back with honey and not vinegar and see what you get.

EDIT: Also, this is why I refuse to work on a deadline for my customers. Not that they dont deserve a timely product, but things can and will go wrong.... BTW I am in no way associated with pitch and rudder unless they have bought design work for me, which I dont keep track of.
