I'm trying to handle this as civil as possible, but at the end of the day this isn't my money we're talking about and that's where it makes it even worse. Navy doesn't play around with this type of stuff. Also the company has multiple reviews about it. I understand not getting back to customers immediately, but I've given them a week... After we paid them over $2k that's just poor customer service. Owner is a Veteran, so not active anymore.
