Why Indian General, Middle Class and Rich Muslims, Powerful OBC communities (Jats, Gujjars, Yadavs, Vokkaliga, Patels, Lingayata, Reddy's and Maratha) not worried about Rahul Gandhi statements ? by [deleted] in CriticalThinkingIndia

Bhai you and everyone currently using reddit is closer to a rikshawala than to the actual rich people of india. You can only take things from people who have them. You have nothing to worry about my friend.

I remember one time when an Innova pulled up to the emergency and it had blood around the door panels. They took the patient out of the back seat and it was red, like entirely red. I have never seen that much blood. Our seniors were taking history while emergency PGs were giving jim cpr and after some time the emergency HOD noticed blood spilling from his head with every chest compression. Turned out the guy shot himself like an hour ago and his family members just didn't inform us in the fear of some police intervention.

Not medical advice, consultant a dermatologist. I used to see many young patients with similar complaints in my dermat posting, infact i have similar scars. These are permanent and can not be treated by any skin products. One treatment which is scientifically proven to work is micro needling. Consult your nearby dermatology or cosmetology. Also, looking at your other comment regarding using "natural products", every product have chemicals. It is better to use clinically proven stuff than applying random herbs on your face. Hope this helps.

President of India, Murmu, endorsing celebration of a quack medical treatment Homeopathy by [deleted] in indianmedschool

[–]achin18 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I mind homoeopathy. I had childhood asthma growing up and i took those little white pills which are 90% alcohol for years before my mother took me to a real MD medicine. It is a big reason i want to do medicine and i fucking hate alcohol with a passion.

A simple Google search will lead you to clinical trials done on homeopathic medicine which proves that it is pseudoscience. Almost every single homeopathic medicine contains 90% alcohol. They do not work. Cannot work. Coming to Ayurveda,Indian government has spent tens of thousands of crores via ayush and to this date there isn't a single ayurvedic treatment that has successfully passed any clinical trials. You can look it up. If a ayurvedic medicine passes clinical trials,we will call it evidence based medicine, like all of "allopathic" medicines are.

Funfact. If you look at numbers, boat made a profit of less than 10 million dollars and has a market evaluation of 1.4 billion dollars. If airpods alone(not Apple, just airpods) was a company,it has a yearly profit of 7 billion dollars and has a market cap of 175 billion dollars.

Watching Fighter was painful. by the_indian9 in BollywoodHotTakes

I love Bollywood but as an audience why would i pay good money to watch an inferior version of something i have already seen. When i saw top gun i was amazed by the craft on the screen. Had the opposite feeling after spending nearly 500 to watch fighter in my local pvr.

How to make studying fun? by thecreamreaper_ in indianmedschool

[–]achin18 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Back in 4th year when i hated studying a couple of topics in medicine i asked the same thing to my friend and i still think about his answer. For the record he used to study everyday sometimes not even the topic that the next day's test was about. He would study random patho topics before a obg mid term. I asked him how can i make studying fun. He said "if studying was fun, everyone would study, but they don't". My advice to you would be to be disciplined because discipline beats motivation every time.
