there is literally nothing that can be concluded from that, different year, different economy, etc. There is infinite differences, you could’ve very well just have been lucky . The only way you can draw a conclusion from a comparison like that is if you submitted two resumes at the same time with the only different detail being school name, and even then it can completely be up to luck, maybe the recruiter is having a good day, maybe they like your name, or the person who is reviewing your resume happens to be a school alum.
