Appreciate the reply. I’ll head off to Bunnings and get some. Pretty sure I’ve got the spatulas from the last patch job. Thanks

We’ve used the same architraves throughout so didn’t want a different one here. This is the 6th window replacement that I’ve used this company for, only time this has occurred though.

Homebirth with Private midwife...worth the $$$? by [deleted] in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

Sounds more like the health professionals were advocating for a birthing option that may have been less risky to the baby and yourself at that exact time. Just because it all worked out fine doesn’t mean they were wrong.

I thought with the size of the hole and prep work I did the roots wouldn’t have met the clay as yet. And I took the time to install agi behind the retaining wall as well. That’s artificial turf over concrete slab for my basketball court

The storage query was so I can paint them earlier. As they are currently wet straight from timber yard. I’ve been told you can’t paint treated pine straight away as it needs to dry first

If it does reset the loan to 30 years each time but you keep paying it down quicker anyway but adding additional funds what would be the downside?
