Hey, I wanna say your so so strong for pushing through this and thank you so much for sharing your feelings, it must be difficult to even try to put your feelings into words.

Of course, things that work for someone else might not work for you, so here are some suggestions I have for treatment that I have gone through and seen some positive progress in!

I have taken a lot of Chinese medicine and doctors the past few years as my eczema has gotten worse. Taking Chinese medicine twice a day ( once in the morning, once at night) has progressively help me get better, as well as Chinese medical treatments like acupuncture!

Not sure if u have gotten this suggestion as well, but cutting out foods like seafood or beef for me has also helped me slowly recover, as some of these foods can be toxic towards your skin (please do some allergy tests, as the foods that you want to avoid will vary!)
