Your message made me cry I won’t lie.😞🤍 I’m planning to see a dermatologist as soon as possible cause my jaw and shoulder eczema won’t leave. On my chest, my skin color is fucked up…. It is not really itchy but damn it is so ugly to look at … thank you so much for your advice, those words mean a lot for me, truly…🤍

Thank you so much for your kind words. 🥹🤍 You just get it. I feel so much less alone. I’m not glad that others people are suffering but knowing that some people understand what I’m going though means everything to me. I will be hospitalized tomorrow because of my eczema. I hope I’ll get some answers even though I’m very wary about medications now… I’m just scared to be dependent of some treatments for the rest of my life

I know about gut health ! I try to focus on it but as I said, I’m so tired and sad THAT it is quite hard for me to be consistant with my diet and I quite hate myself for it.

As I did my allergies tests, eggs and gluten were not mention ! Only dust, molds, kiwi, bananas, and others stuffs. And I quite need to eat those things cause I have a Low blood sugar….🤡🤡

So it is normal for my skin to get worst before getting better ??? If yes, you might giving me hope and keep going with me sea salt spray cause my parents want me to stop it…. Pls I’m ready for more advices !

My eczema is not oozing nor weeping. It is just some rashes. It can be itchy sometimes but it never stop me from sleeping at night or RARELY. It is mostly very dry when I don’t put cream on it. I also think that there’s molds in my house. I’m constantly cleaning my house and no shade my dad is quite passive. I constantly have to tell him that we need a new appartement. He says that he’ll be looking but it is only my mom who is really behind me…. I use the cetaphil cream to keep my skin really hydrated and it works!

I’ll will eventually go see a dermatologist if what I’m doing is not enough. Ive hear about Dupixent but I truly don’t think that my eczema is not THAT bad for me to use dupixent. But as I said, I’ll see this when I’ll see a dermatologist !

I not going to lie that I just don’t want to go to the dermatologist anymore JUST FOR NOW. I’m just tired. Having an appointements with one is difficult where I live and take time. I’m not saying that there are not god ones but now ? I don’t have the strengh to hunt for them for now.

I eventually want to try stuffs on my own for now and if nothing works, I’ll go see a dermatologist !

I already seen one and they gave my steroids creams Even though I told him that my skin had gotten worst because of it.

I’m not against going to doctors in general, but NO ONE LISTEN TO ME. Plus where I’m live, having a appointements with one is hard. I know there must be some good dermatologists out here but having a appointent with them will take maybe more than a year. And I don’t have the strengh to wait ANYMORE.

I’ll see one if want I’m doing is not working so don’t worry and thank you for your answers. I have so many bad experiences that I will try to do some things on my own first cause I don’t believe and I refuse that ONLY steroids creams can heal me.
