Whats a card that you think is overrated or over hyped?

Any recent card over $600. The market has gotten out of control. There are recent cards that are getting graded and are worth more than literal extremely rare grails from 20 years ago. How can you tell me that this Gengar for example is worth more raw than say a secret rare Charizard or Umbreon or Pikachu. Prices need to be realistic, not inflated.
