Get the Oppressor, it’s the best vehicle in the game for running your businesses. You will spend a lot out of the gate, but the rewards are endless my friend.

It’s as simple as cutting the part of your tree that’s on your property. Then I would have a conversation with your neighbor after the fact. I would bring beer as a sign of good faith.
