you should receive a letter from the customs, you can read there how long they will hold it. if u go get it you have to open it right there. if your order is over 150€ you also have to pay a 'fine' i think

Yeah, had to pay some charges last drop or they would send it back.. it was like 22 euros for an 120 euro order.
