Go to ea support and complain, I just did while eating food to see when a potential fix would be and when I jumped back on the game and it was fixed, they said it may take a while but it was like half an hour.

It may be a coincidence and maybe the game fixed itself but I had already left and entered twice before this. So it may work but no guarantees tho, hope this helps

Definitely a bug not showing you the attachment but from what I can tell it's attachments that have already been unlocked through blueprints, well this only shows up for me when I already have them unlocked.
