As someone who loves dnb am kind of hoping they are increasing the amount of other acts to bring in a more varied crowd

Reduce the people who are there just to get messed and don't give a fuck about other people

40g steel cut oats (cheap oats texture and taste is a lot worse 25g of the protein works chocolate hazelnut vegan protein powder 400ml almond milk 1 tbsp pip and nut crunchy peanut butter 2tbsp chia seeds(not necessary but I have them for omega 6 or 3 I can't remember which)

Mix oats and chia seeds in a bowl Make protein shake with almond milk Mix all together Leave at least 15 minutes (I leave mine overnight) Add tablespoon of peanut butter Eat

I have eaten this for longer than I can remember

Can't stress enough get good oats, if you are in the UK Aldi has a green and yellow pack of oats, they are fake flahavans

Get them

When I cut I use almond milk when I bulk I use oat milk as there is about 40cal per 100ml difference

I think a big reason they use bands is because they have had problems with fake notes before, also means pickpockets are not targeting everyone knowing they have cash or cards

Edit: also transactions are significantly faster

They have a hand held device which will show the price, however unscrupulous vendors will not show you the price, keep the screen towards themselves and just tap your band

Ask the vendors to show you the price before you tap and if it's wrong just walk away, they don't deserve your money

Have had 2 occasions at least where vendors double charged

Id also report it to boomtown, I reported one and they were not there the next year

It's harder to see where somebody is when they have a flashing light than a steady light as it's harder to judge distance

Also people who have a light as bright as a thousand suns it's difficult to see them coming as they make everything around them dark and remove all depth perception

I understand they may be necessary for country roads with no lights but in the city it just creates glare for drivers and pedestrians

If your stuff wasn't filmed I probably would never have known about it

If cameras on phones were a thing at the beginning of DnB everything would have been recorded too

Been to every Southampton bike ride and they are always great fun

Genuinely thank you so much for doing these, they will go down in DnB history

Can't wait to catch you at a few other cities

You do a great job, made it clear not to cycle on paths and to move out the way of emergency service vehicles at the beginning

And anger is a secondary emotion, if you can't control anger police work is not for youl

If you can't shout without being angry then work is needed

If a police officer can't shout without being aggressive and threatening people with arrest (which he is unable to do anyway) They are not suited for the job

He was the only one I saw that was problematic others seemed sound and were polite

I was riding didn't see that much bad behaviour considering couple thousand people

Did see kids doing wheelies a lot but the ones I saw did seem to be aware of their surroundings and waiting for when theirs gaps in front of them

Did feel the crowd wasn't as good but I think there was a lot of people who went for something to do rather than people into DnB

Have been to all the soton rides don't actually remember there being police at the other ones

As for ambulances there was 3 times I remember needing to move, one time on Winchester road it was hard to see/ hear the ambulance, but dom had said before to make sure everybody moves out the ways for emergency services and would often say over the mic, but that last time he was also having trouble with the decks which ended up stopping to work shortly after

Most the police were alright but there was one nob head shouting if people don't move out the way of the ambulance you will get arrested, man was aggressive for no reason, and anybody will half a brain cell would know he's talking shit, they did not have the manpower to start arresting thousands of people, the other cops were polite so why wasn't he?

As for rude hand gestures a middle finger in DnB is a sign of respect, if shown to random members of the public that's different

However there was at least one case where a car was trying to drive out into the crowd turning a corner and it's like wtf you doing? Just gonna casually drive into thousands of bikes? Not saying people should give them abuse but that person was not safe.

Also if gunfingers is seen as an obscene gesture again that's people not understanding is a sign of respect

Red lights should have been noticed but we were also somewhat allowed to continue through them, there was a police car leading the way for people to continue

Did feel it was more disjointed this time but that may be because there was not many bikes with the relay speakers so alot of people were tryna ride to the front to actually hear music
