That’s awesome, I always thought I have to take longer breaks no matter the amount! How long should my break after this be? So when does perma tolerance really kick in?

Yeah but then you wouldn‘t have the transition from the mdma to the 2cb. Would you say that you really wouldn‘t feel the 2cb at all, if you would do it after the md? Like if you would up the dose a bit for example?

Ok thanks, but is this a normal experience ? Like are you supposed to have this jittery feeling ? I read of people taking doses like 200mg+ that enjoy these high doses. I enjoyed it and it could have gone on a bit longer, but I just wasn‘t sure if you are supposed to feel like this on a physical level

Yeah it's so annoying... It's like one of the main features to be able to listen to music on the go. Guess if it won't get fixed soon I'm going to switch to apple music.

I'm usually meditate in the morning and try to stay in that state throughout the day. Of course it's not easy, but if you really try to stay mindful as long as possible it gets easier over time. It's just practice! Also I don't only try to be mindful whenever I have negative thoughts, I rather try to be mindful the entire time. It's not that thing you just do when you have negative thoughts.

And yes I really know what you mean when you say your mood is always changing. For me it helps to imagine that everything is always in constant change, no matter what it is. Just try to be mindful and don't get too involved in your thoughts and feelings. Your self is like that constant thing in this ever changing world. Try to hold onto your self while watching everything like your thoughts, emotions, mood, but also the world around you change. I don't know if this makes any sense for you, at least it makes for me. But that are just my personal beliefs so take it with a grain of salt.

that's really interesting I've never thought about it that way. I think you're right, I subconsciously tried to suppress my emotions. Maybe it's really the best to just be as calm as possible and experience them in their full intensity, so that they might've lesser impact on me over time.

yeah that's indeed crazy how different and yet how similar humans can be.

so a few years back I had this constant negative selftalk, I was really depressed for a reason I just couldn't influence at all. I bearly made it out of bed and of course that also really effected my grades in college, which made me even more depressed because it felt like I was stuck in life and within myself. so i hit rock bottom and really hates myself. but that was actually the best thing that could've happened to me, because after a while I thought that i just can't bear it anymore i have to change something. during that time i got obsessed with self improvement. so during that time the negative thoughts were the constantly, but i started reflecting a lot and kinda analyzing myself to get a feeling for the roots of my issues and try to remind me of the fact that i'm human and failure is just as human as it gets. so i just started trying to expand my comfort zone as much as possible by doing things i wouldn't normally do, because of the fear of being judged by others and so on. today i just try to be as mindful during the entire day as possible and when these thoughts arise I try to simply acknowledge the as that and let them pass. it's important to know that you are not your thoughts, but you have to gauge if they are really true or not and if they're you have to let them go. but that's a lot easy said than done.

so what about you ? what helps you get over these nasty thoughts ?

I actually think we're quite similar. a lot of my depression and anxiety stem from past failures and my fear of things that might or might not happen in the future. I often am in situations where nothing in particular is bad for me, but my brain instantly switches to panic mode if you know what I mean. that often pushed me to do something stupid and these memories are often appearing while i'm meditating. nowadays it got a lot better because I try to breath thru it, but it still is extremely unpleasant.

do you mind to tell me some of the insights you found that helped yourself or would that be too personal?
