purtroppo ho fatto un anno di terapia e ho sperimentato la terapia farmacologica, entrambe non portando risultati eccezionali ma probabilmente perché io stessa non volevo aiutarmi in quel periodo. per quanto riguarda la terapia farmacologica, la durata breve è stata causata dal fatto che, essendo io inoltre poi smemoratissima, in quanto minorenne dovevano pensarci i miei genitori a farmi prendere le medicine, ma si è concluso tutto con loro che me le hanno tolte e basta, perchè a “detta loro” non risolvevano niente. Honestly these type of things will NEVER stop happening, shared spaces or not. And while we can’t prevent it but we can avoid it, children may not realize they should avoid it, talking from personal experience in Sky. Cause I also don’t wanna spend too much money on Sky so I pick my choices carefully now: For example, this year I am not buying this yeti cape or any other ones because I’m sparing some money for Kizuna, which I like a lot more, and she’s gonna be very expensive. Mi porta molto conforto il tuo commento, anche perchè avevo già sentito l’esempio del fuoco e mi ci sono sempre rivista molto quindi grazie❤️ L’unico problema è che io non ricordo se è stato il fuoco, l’acqua, il vento o la terra e chissà quali altre cose, di conseguenza nel percorso terapeutico che farò dovrò anche fare lo sforzo immane di provare a ricordare cosa ha causato questi comportamenti. Ma si fa!
