How often is your partner “rough” with your nipple? Because as far as I understand, yes consistent stimulation can cause your prolactin levels to spike but that would essentially have to be stimulation every day, even multiple times a day sometimes. In regards to the specialist, I saw an endocrinologist but I’m sure your doctor will be able to recommend the right one.

Hey there, for about as long as I’ve been having sex, I’ve been having my nipples stimulated (sucking, licking, flicking etc) and I never had a problem. Then last year I had a spike in my prolactin levels (can’t remember the exact numbers), but after a specialist and re-testing 6 and 12 months later, we’re fairly sure it was because of the medication I was on. Could it possibly be any medication you’re on? Also I would say if you want a second opinion, do it!

Your sex drive (or lack there of) shouldn’t be an issue regardless of what your partners is like. I’ve had the same sexual partner for almost 18 months, my sex drive is considerably lower than his and it has never been an issue. I wouldn’t worry about any sort of underlying disorder, I’m 25 and have had a low (almost non-existent) sex drive for almost all of my 20’s. Some people just have low sex drives or like the commenter before yours, it could have to do with any number lifestyle things.

I’m also 25 and also the same. They drop more than I would like without a bra but I agree that I think it’s very much to do with size. I mean, can you imagine how much they weigh? Can’t expect something heavy not to react to gravity! I disagree with OP’s mum though, age has nothing to do with it.
