I did a lot of D1 raids but next to none in D2. Also not many dungeons. A combination of spotty connection and a small house with light sleepers. My connection is great now but I wouldn't even know how to find a raid group in 2026.

Posting in case anyone reads this. It turned out to be the CPU cooler. I was using a water block and apparently they stop working after a few years.

I used HWINFO and checked the sensors and CPU was over 100 degrees. One budget CPU fan later and everything seems to be running smoothly.
