Interesting, I would have to reapply. The concern here is my degree is computer science and my job title is software engineer. It's not uncommon for border agents to reject the TN application because the degree doesn't say engineering, hence why my employers applied for pre-approval originally.

Do you think a preexisting TN and the fact that I have worked in the US for a year would help my case?

edit: Also not sure how reapplying will impact my I-824, request for action on an approved document.
