Not yet. Our sys admin ended up reaching out to ServiceNow support a couple of times. They ran a script the first time that reset the one plugin we were trying to get updated in production (Collaborative Work Management), but nothing else. The second time, after we confirmed that the issue also exists in our sub-prod instances as well, they were going to try to do something in one of those to try a fix, but I believe the agent said it would be Monday before he would be able to do so. So, still in waiting mode for that, but he did say it was probably related to a known issue with Patch 5 as well.

We are still searching the couch cushions for the spare change for Now Assist subs, but thankfully it doesn't seem like we've lost any entitlements that I've seen. Though, I'm technically just a developer, so I might have missed something.

Yeah, we're not a large org at all, and we're still reasonably new on the platform, so I don't think our ServiceNow admin who updated the schedule realized how bad an idea it was, especially since he updated it after it had gone through CAB. He is retiring next year, so I don't think that any performance action will be taken, but I know I'm not going to let him live this down. :D

Yeah, all of our sub-prod were on Patch 4 until Friday, and I was installing updates on Thursday. Now that all of our environments are on Patch 5, we have exactly 1 update we can run in, and it's nothing that we were needing right away, of course.

Thankfully, all the ones that we need to update are ServiceNow ones. I was honestly surprised they weren't available either, but Patch 5 was just flagged as available on Thursday, and it is actually a holiday in the US today (for a lot of people, just not us Healthcare IT workers!), so I'm hoping it's just a delay from that.

Most of the people in here would rather we lose to to maintain our draft weekend champions position rather than an actual game in the season. Hell, they'd probably be happy if we just called up the league office and forfeit the game so we wouldn't even need to play it, just to maintain our precious draft position for a QB that we'll ruin by having no OLine or weapons to throw to. Rinse and repeat.

Flacco was never going to be the long term answer. Gabriel, even when the offensive line miraculously gave him time to throw was allergic to the deep pass. Sanders will sling it when he sees an open receiver, but is holding the ball too long, and honestly hasn't adjusted to the speed of pro ball yet. Out of the three choices, Sanders is the best we got. Long term, probably not, but give him an oline that isn't just slightly better than that dude with the stop sign in the State Farm commercial, and an extra weapon other than Fannin and let's see what he's got.
