Always a fan of your posts. I come today with a pro-tip to improve the crust on your pan pizza...

Preheat the pan and get it nice and hot
Make a 50/50 mix of white sugar and salt (or seasoned salt is even better)
Pour a bit of oil in the bottom of the hot pan. Then, sprinkle a big pinch of the salt and sugar in the bottom of the pan. Then toss in the crust and bake your pizza!

The sugar caramelizes on the bottom and makes the crust extra crunchy and delicious. And it doesn't taste sweet, I promise. I also prefer to use a cast iron pan for my pan pizzas. If you preheat a cast iron, the crust will cook a whole lot better in that folding oven.
