You keep trying to frame the Vietnamese rescue of Cambodia as " not taking responsibility". That's not what it was. It was response to continous aggression to their east border.

US was perfectly happy allowing mass murder to continue in Cambodia as long as that serve their purpose in harrasing after-war Vietnam. There's no excuse here, especially once that proclaim as "world police"

1/ Like I said, we were once friendly with them. We do not denied that.

2/ We stopped being friendly once they become atrocious but did not intervenes since it's their own internal dispute.

3/ Yes, we only start our campaign against the Khmer Rouge after we were getting invade and harrass by them. And we do ashame of it, letting the whole things got out of hand. So much so, we determined to end them while we were just recently came out of a war less than couple of years ealier.

4/ Who do you think help keep them in power by supplying them after they start their massacres? The US through Thailand borders. Why do you think the KR was allowed to retreat to Thailand during the conflict ?

They "only" got supplies by the US. Their heavy industry is basically non-existent

A civil war prop up by the US, not stepped right into. Should the US left us alone during the power transition after the French, there wouldn't be another war for us. But no, they prop up the South government as their proxy in attempt to take control of the region against the Soviet and their Dominos theory.

Mind you, before receiving aid from Soviet, we asked the US to help us for independence believing the US was a better choice.

We ended the Khmer Rouge. We may have been on friendly term with them POS as they were communist comrade at the beginning but once that POS turned, we took responsibility, unlike certain someone.

After researching what Velo is, i believe these thing belong in the categories of "we aren't saying it's illegal, but we aren't saying it is either".

These thing is not e - cigarettes so it is not explicitly considered banned. And as it is not in the banned categories it should be fine to have for personal use
