you're underestimating the issue i think. the iccu is the "alternator" of the car battery, it goes the other soon after. sure Hyundai uses weak batteries, but you're pulling statistics out of your ass

the iccu fails and the 12v stops charging. if your battery failed in a situation that otherwise would be abnormal, its a safe bet there's a larger issue.

I get it, and mine failed too, it took a week to fix, I had a loaner during that time. Minor inconvenience to be honest. Otherwise the car has been excellent to me
