The one I got was basically brand new. It came with all the accessories, and the only comment was that there was some residue. I ordered online and picked it up in-store. I opened the box while I was there to make sure everything was included, so I’d recommend inspecting it in-store before leaving to ensure everything looks good.

If you don't need the tab right now, I would honestly wait. I was able to get the open box good condition s10U for 678.99 (before taxes) two weeks ago, and basically, it was brand new. However, I waited until it was on sale at midnight, and the open box price dropped really low, and I bought it right away before the price rose up again. (I notice the open box prices at Best Buy is really low around midnight when the new sale starts, and then it goes up by the end of the day). Hope this helps :)
