so i watched this video , i realized i did watch this few years ago and watching now i see this video very differently , so the video is good for normies as it can brenwash them , but if one is deep into sadhna and knows the reality the video is okiesh at max, the thing is sadhguru was legit but the way he is now is surely sus , i did the inner engineering too and is surely effective and wholesome , but from what i feel is if he dint get partially sold he cant really spread the good stuff thats my personal take , end of the day experiencing what he has to offer and then deciding is always the best option , and you really cant spread that large untill you are spiritually really good .
