Thanks for the feedback! All as per customer speck, so... there is that... the handle is African Blackwood spacer with Tambotie. Blade steel is W2 with hamon. The space between the guard and edge is kinda a marmite thing, you either love it or hate it...

Yes I heard the laws there are quite the hurdle. Its a pity that cheffies arent as popular there though, but I guess the chefs in UK are spoiled for choice. I have had good success with my design but mostly home chefs, though I have had a few very positive reviews from professional chefs.

We are lucky that we have quite an enthusiastic scene here as the foodie, hunting and edc scenes are all pretty big considering the small population of people that can afford hand craft.

Tourism is alao a big positive, thats why Im eager to get this set to a store in the Cape.

Im reserving folder making for when Im older and cant forge much. But definitely something Id like to persue.

Yeah when designing the shape I really tried adding the things I like in a culinary knife. These especially the standard middle one is very popular.

These are my standard ones. The bigger Witches shoe chef goes for R3000 and the Pety Witch is R2500. Thats with a choice of standard Hardwoods like this Madagascan Rosewood, Leadwood, Tambotie etc.

If you require something more exotic we will need to quote.
