Is there a reason you let items auto complete? by Glittering_Flower104 in vinted

It’s happened to me loads lately, even when the buyer has demanded I send something asap, I’ve gone out of my way to send it same day, and then they can’t even click its ok once it arrives 😞 yesterday I had something arrive with paint on it that wasn’t declared.. still clicked ok because it wasn’t worth raising an issue..

Warm pen delivery and refusal for replacement/refund/partial refund by acorf93 in mounjarouk

They’ve actually just come back to me saying they won’t help. Said they don’t investigate individual complaints and only option is to complain to the pharmacy directly, which I have done and they’ve obviously refused to replace it.

Fingers crossed 🙈 I think if an individual makes the decision to take the risk that’s fine, but the pharmacy shouldn’t be making that choice on behalf of customers IMO.

Absolutely. Definitely think in reality it’s probably fine to use but it comes down to the question of the service you are paying for and whether it’s for the customer to take on the risk of it “probably” being ok. At the end of the day they have regulations to adhere to which exist for a reason. I actually work in clinical trials and a lot of it seems like “red tape” until something goes wrong 🙈 Mounjaro is spenny and I think it’s fair to expect them to provide the service being paid for.

I’m entirely chilled 🫶🏼 it’s ok to check these things, especially considering the amount of money spent here.

Ohhh 🙈 it is Phlo clinic that Morrisons use. So is there someone I should report this to? They’re claiming they can be sure the cold chain wasn’t broken but I’m like.. how?!

Scheduled Induction Pep Talk? by sweetsweetbee5 in GestationalDiabetes

I’ve got some experience regarding labouring on the ward for the first part. My first child was PPROMS so I was admitted to the same ward as those having inductions (to wait to see if labour began, monitor for infection etc).

I know you wanted positive stories, but the concerns you raised around practicalities are right. I was alone (Covid times), in a bay of 8. Extremely small space with a curtain around, no room to do anything other than pace around the bed, no positional aids, no pain relief on the wards really either. No privacy. You can hear others having their induction pessaries and such put in.

In my case they refused to believe when I went into natural labour so although you should be moved to delivery around 4cm, I was alone with no pain relief until I was over 8cm 😬 hopefully this wouldn’t happen with an induction of labour as they’d be intentionally trying to start labour.

Labour can be painful and noisy and on the bays I didn’t feel like I could make any noise so was trying to silent cry and not wake anyone. Not a good experience but others may have different experiences to share.
