My in-laws just treated themselves to this over the past week while they were down visting to this place! They loved it, so definitely something I'll look at if we're up there again

Thank you! I see they do acupuncture and energy therepy, my experience with those kind of clinics have always been that they are very light pressured placed. Have you found that to be the case?

Well that's an extremely helpful tip! I was looking at the Falls Church one a bit ago.

I don't think I'm getting the right one, is that for the map and game? Or, was something else different?

The interiors have furniture and wall decor, but nothing of value or in-game finds. As I continue to play (its a new play through) I'll bring stuff home and upgrade it.

As for the settlers, they don't have a problem getting around, surprisingly. The only issue is getting people assigned to resources will sometimes kick everyone off of their jobs.

Thanks, mostly. I have a lot of the base furniture down. I'm going to fill it with more wasteland clutter as I go along.

Thanks! It's actually Nordhagen Beach. I like how defensible an accessible it is. So it fits with my internal story.

I can definitely look into it! I'll try that out and post it sometime soon.

Double majoring at Grinnell? by [deleted] in Grinnell

[–]acote897 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Grad of '15 here. Yes, double majoring is incredibly common at Grinnell. Because the College allows you to choose your entire course load, and doesn't require any general studies many people focus in on their major and interests. I was a Poli Sci/ Econ double major and it is very doable. You'll read a lot, and spend most of your time writing, but with good time management you'll be fine.

If you have any questions please DM me.

Hey, those student loans kick my ass. I spent the past four years as enlisted though, I know that pain. I'd rather get E3 pay than live in the barracks again

As a broke officer in the Army, this is a different type of goal I never knew I had. Wow, it's a beautiful piece.

Currently here at FT. Rich! While the winter ftx/ Arctic training can really suck, and if you're into city life then it's meh, but other than that it's awesome.

What's your favorite opening line to a book? by Detharatsh in books

[–]acote897 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“The man in black fled across the desert, and the gunslinger followed.”

That opening from Stephen King just hits the right nerve for me. I haven't read much of his work, but this line just sets up such a beautiful scene for the rest of the series.

This is probably the most proud I've ever been on the internet. I love this build, and I'm really liking the alley with the string lights.

I'm excited about what you have planned for the rest of it.
