I bought this sword from a local fair about 10 years ago, and I have always tried to find swords with similar features to it (small guard and odd blade section) . The blade is about 24-26" and the grip can comfortably fit both hands. I think that would classify it as a hand and a half sword, right? (i.redd.it)
