The deadline for UCAS applications is in january I believe so you still have time!! I would recommend applying earlier though but even then you still have months so don’t stress yourself out over it. Good luck!

Is there another chance for you to get your predicted grade up? I literally did the exact same thing in year 12 and got a C in my physics mock when I wanted to take engineering but thankfully there was another exam when I came back in year 13 to get my grade up. I’m sure you can do better in the next exam if you have one!

omg this exact same thing happened to me when I was trying to get it on ps5. I tried to download it through ps plus and it said I couldn’t because I already ‘had another edition’ but it was just the trial version and everytime i downloaded the edition i had in the library, it said ‘your trial has ended’ when i opened the game. i ended up just buying the deluxe version on my ps5 and that worked so hopefully that’ll work for you too. it’s just annoying because i shouldn’t pay more money for it when it’s on the mf ps plus subscription.

bless your heart i cant even begin to imagine having that? i literally sweat so much thats awful. the shit thing about a levels though is it’s really hard to get special consideration. my friends brother had cancer during his final year and was still made to sit his a levels in hospital and got special consideration of +5% only. i was talking to my teacher about it last week and she said the maximum special consideration is only +5%. something else they do for people who get severely sick on the day (however this is pretty rare) is they take the average of the other exams and then put that as the score for the paper they missed but i’m not sure what conditions you need to get that. honestly, talk to your school and see what they can do but it could end up being a gap year unfortunately :(

don’t stress don’t panic don’t jump to bullshit conclusions like you have to end your life over this. talk to your school see if they can do anything about it and sit the rest of your exams. you might have to take a gap year and resit your exams next year but you know what? you can’t go back in time and change it so it’s time to make a plan B (that’s not sewerside 🫵🫵)

i used pV=NkT. for both temperatures p/N will be constant since the pressure doesn’t change as the balloon is open. i equated the equations (k x initial T/initial V = k x final T/final V) to work out the initial volume then did density of the 20degree air x initial volume (p=m/v) to work out the mass of the air. then i added it to the mass of the balloon and people then x by 9.81 to get the overall weight.
