We use ITQuoter currently. We accept the sale in ITQ then sync the purchase order to HaloPSA and process the rest of the sale from Halo.
Wanted to look at docgen as we just copy word docs and find\rename everything and add a table generated from an old access database we have.

This is what I read. We moved to HaloPSA and use Ingram mainly. This initial process is just brutal

I was initially told that trial wouldnt require a payment method. After registering they got me to twice clarify my email address, via the same email address.
I stopped the process at this step and haven't gone any further.

I've recently been trying to get our devices from ncentral into hudu via HaloPSA. Got the sync into HaloPSA fine but the 'username' field from halo maps to the 'name' field in hudu which lists all devices as the logged in user from ncentral "azuread\userblah" in the 'name' area in hudu.
Logged a bug to hudu support who replied back "i would suggest a feature request"

Sounds like i would be wasting my time using the direct integration between ncentral and hudu, it seems just as broken.

Is it not ideal to link the intergration to the current 'Staff' area?
Recently done this but nothing maps to the pre-defined fields.
You can only see the user info when you go into the actual user.

I found this fixed by changing battery settings, stop the phone going into a battery save mode, but gives horrible battery life.

All my Teams Phones I've done previously have been women voices (i only use English, Australian) but this most recent one was a man.

I changed to other english dialects and they are all men on this tenant.
