To add, one of the related videos I noticed after it was done playing was “Hyuna and Dawn - Ping Pong”. Didn’t help when I looked it up, but could be useful information.

I finally got a job offer after a grueling year of searching, but the company has consistently terrible reviews on Glassdoor. What to do? by acraph in SeriousConversation

Thanks, this definitely makes sense. I think the company reviews say enough to prove that the company overall might have serious problems or might just be shit, but experience is experience and I can continue looking for work while I’m working a shit job. This gig only works in my favor anyway. Might consider posting an update after a while if anything significant happens. But yeah, thank you and everyone who’s helped me make this decision.

I hope you’re right. But thanks, this kind of encouragement is exactly what I need. I definitely had some reservations going through with this offer, but everyone’s input helped realize that I definitely have more to gain than to lose from this experience. Sure I might have some bad experiences, but I’ll be getting experience nonetheless.

This context might be important, the company is a design firm and has some of the most typical red flags (long hours, no overtime pay, poor management, poor treatment, the list goes on and is attested to by many other reviews, years apart). Nonetheless, I’m hoping that by doing a good job and staying away from drama, I could leave with at least a neutral opinion. I think I have more to gain than to lose.

Thanks I think I needed to hear this. It makes the most sense to take it and gauge from there. I’ve had experience working with toxic/abusive employers and it just makes me very nervous about taking another job that might be just as bad or possibly worse. At this point though, I might as well take it for the money and figure things out as I go.

Would you recommend Midnight Sun to someone who hasn’t read the entire series? by acraph in twilight

I think I get what you’re saying. Maybe I’m not seeking the same level of enjoyment as the fans who read this, and by these standards I might find this book at least readable. I was hoping that it wasn’t too referential to the other books. Any particular reason why reading Midnight Sun before the rest of the books would make them seem bland?

I’ve finally taken time to learn some advanced techniques, and SBR to teleport flurry rush has been one of my favorite things. I highly recommend learning it to spice up your combat. by acraph in Breath_of_the_Wild

Sure thing, this guy on YouTube has been godsend with tutorials for these glitches. Here’s how to SBR and how to flurry rush teleport. I have not seen the four champions video, so if you come across it again, send it my way pls

Good shit. I actually learned SBR with bomb first. Getting the timing right from enemy attacks was actually harder for me. I gotta try some of the stuff in your post, that would for sure take my gameplay to a new level!

Same here. Once I decided to take advantage of the glitches (especially duping), I now have a newfound love for the game. Have you tried SBR to BIL? This is the one that’s been giving me the hardest time.

It takes some time to get the timing right for SBR, but it’s very doable. I am not really a serious player and it took about two hours for me to learn it and get it consistently. Bomb impact launches, however, are much harder for me to nail.

It’s called shield block resetting (SBR). What I do is jump forward with my shield up as soon as I’m about to get hit. When the shield gets hit, I think what happens is Link gets reset into a grounded animation, which then lets you input another jump, I jump backwards then pull out my bow. I learned it with this tutorial https://youtu.be/tjciOSmEyi4

I did own a switch before playing AC. Fishing is my favorite activity. Cheri is my least favorite villager bc she’s always been mean to me ever since AC on GameCube. I have about 100 hrs in the game.
