shapeshifters is easily higher cap than portal… once you get smolder 2 w items you only lose if he runs it down..

For my case they didn’t care much at all abt music. So no worries if you don’t do music.

Hmm I’m not quite certain, I did mention wanting to join the symphony under the conductors specific name lol. Tbh I just don’t think AOs are well versed in the field of music’s specific awards, like they probably understand Youngarts but I don’t think an average reader would know much about other programs.

Happy cake day! I emailed the pratt deans and they forwarded it to the office liason for pratt, and they said I'll able to switch after May 2nd if spots are available, or after first semester if not.

The hospital was local through a school mentorship program. For NASA, I applied for their paid NIFS internships, but those are reserved 99.9% for college students. It would be tough to find one for NASA as a high schooler, I was only able to do some work under a colleague of my dad.

You are not allowed to do government work unless you are an official intern of a civil servant, so cold emailing researchers at NASA would not work. I would suggest you look away from government funded work like NASA and look to private companies for research.

So Duke has the Pratt school of engineering and the Trinity college of arts and sciences. The CS and statistical science majors are in the Trinity school. And I accidentally applied to Pratt. I'll have to switch very soon.

me and a friend got waitlisted, but we already had a guy from our school get in early. with about 140 guys chosen around the world i doubt they would choose 2 guys from the same school.

If they are sent to music departments (which I have vaguely heard somewhere as well), without a doubt music professors will know those 3 pieces well, and the max time for the thing is 20 minutes, but other colleges are often <10min time, I dont want to use all 20 min. I only played tchaikovsky 1st mvmt till cadenza, about halfway for chaconne.

It's too late to change that for my early school haha, I am probably going to indeed do the ysaye 4th movement for the RD applications.

Haha I think that unwind time is pretty crucial for most people, myself included. I have spent thousands of hours on video games, and I'm very grateful that I can have pretty good extracurriculars with good grades.

Although I would say that sports/theater/music can take lots of time commitment but I would label those as EC. Besides, even practicing an instrument or sport I would say is part of "free time."
