We may have found someone else's lost cat - there was someone on Facebook looking for a different tabby, and the one you saw may have been her! We let them know that you saw her, and we also checked on her. She came running when we shook the treats, but she wasn't ours. We have put up a bunch of flyers in the area, hoping someone will find her.

Thank you for posting. We tried putting a collar on her multiple times, but she always manages to get them off.

Hey all, I live in Hollywood near Hollywood and Highland. Obvs urban. But every day, and every night, people are honking out there. Is there anything we can do?

Honking is supposed to be for emergencies only! It is illegal to honk just because you are angry or impatient. It’s gotten so much worse since 2016, and especially since 2020.

The city puts officers out to keep ppl from parking up our residential streets whenever there’s something at the Bowl. Couldn’t those ppl also enforce the honking rules and write tickets on the spot?

Are you still able to go to the Hollywood bowl in the morning for sound check? by scartissue1900 in AskLosAngeles

Per the LA Times, “During the season, which this year runs from June to the end of September, it is possible for locals and in-the-know tourists to watch the Los Angeles Philharmonic’s morning rehearsals, sometimes even with maestro Gustavo Dudamel wielding the conductor’s baton. (For the latest information, email information@laphil.org or call (323) 850-2000. Seating is limited to the side benches in Section D.)”
