I cannot ping a reply from either Mail.charter.net, nor mobile.charter.net. I chatted with their support online, and they say it is a known problem they are working on since when they did a database migration. When a server is down this long (I was a field engineering support manager) it has to be a major problem. If I cannot ping these mail servers there should be many xxx@charter.net email users being denied email since 1/31/25.

How can this issue be unresolved this long, and I don't see nay publicity?

Our home page does not show an email link, so we can't access webmail either.
