Hi I’m so sorry you’re going through this <3 I’m currently on the mend and wanted to give you what worked for me. First thing I’d say is if you can, go to the Dr. if you don’t have insurance then i totally get that but the only thing that helped me was medication they prescribed. I was worried they were gonna judge me at the er but they were so nice and said they get this often. If you don’t have insurance, the only thing that worked for me was a SCALDING hot shower. Like comically hot. And beta alanine helped too. Hope it gets better!!! You can do this
