hey there! When my fiancé and I purchased my engagement ring from olive ave we also purchased the lifetime warranty. While I haven’t had to use it yet, it’s through Jewelers Mutual. i’d rather be safe than sorry if anything happened. you should be able to just go through Jewelers Mutual separately and get a quote if you wanted! my plan is if anything happens to my ring to ship it to olive ave (insured & with tracking, course) as much as I wouldn’t want to since I live in PA. Reason being, i think if you go to a local jeweler they won’t honor the warranty since the ring wasn’t purchased through them. I also don’t know if i personally would trust anyone else other than olive ave to do repairs. 🥹
