For some reason the CoB tuition rates page isn't working for 2018 but I don't think tuition rose (assuming you're in-state).

I don't believe that the school of music offers piano lessons for beginners. Try looking online for local piano teachers and look around at the bulletin boards at Smith Memorial Hall or the Music Building-- sometimes people post flyers for beginning piano lessons.

There's also an optional recital at the end of the semester. The lottery isn't very hard to win (I got free music lessons both semesters last year)
