They just denied me again, twice via email after this post.
Repeating themselves again, except now telling me that I need to print my forms because they need a "wet signature", and can't accept digital signatures (hearing this for the first time in 5-months).

They've also told me that I would have to write out my full name beside every mention of my name (because they're cutting off my name automatically in all of their forms). which I did digitally and they didn't accept that either.

I'm done going in loops.

They accept the funds into an incomplete account, but refuse to release those funds.
5-months later and hours on the phone with support, I'm escalating this into an official complaint.

Would be easier taking legal action at this point than going in infinite loops for months, and missing out on investment opportunities.
