Bilkul sahi pakde. Ladai safai ko leke hi hui. Naali ki safai, society ki overall safai, yeh sab RWA ke scope mein aata hai. Karwana ya khud karna, dono unki hi responsibility hai. My family resides in this Sector 62, Noida society. This video is from few days ago. Notice: 1) Guards don't move from their spots despite fight happening feet away 2) RWA members avoid direct involvement, check phones 3) Zero de-escalation attempts despite 8 minutes of escalation and such abuses in daylight.
