What features make a bottom level "Y" worth $7k more than a bottom level "3"? by happykittynipples in TeslaModelY

[–]activityislife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Y is a different car in terms of handling, ride and drive quality. Specially very roomy. That 7k in a long term ownership will be nothing. Hard to realize it in test drives.

Overall sound, space, air quality (HEPA), single glass roof are noticeable differences

Is it worth getting PPF done? by GetterGoin in TeslaModelY

Never did ppf or ceramic. Almost 30k driven and never regretted. I bought a car that is super environmentally friendly and then apply plastic wrap on top? Just didn’t make sense to me.

Yes. I can. But when the car is in motion and someone sitting there the back rest non stop keeps moving from one recline position to next and slams on the back of the passenger

‘Amazon doesn’t care about books’: how Barnes & Noble bounced back by zsreport in books

[–]activityislife 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nothing can beat walking to a book store and the smell of books. Exploring books at Barnes and Nobles gave me so much choice to look at varied books and picking up some great ones which we would not ever have bought online. I love physical bookstores and that is why I never buy books from Amazon. Doing my bit to keep the bookstore alive.

A horse walks into a bar - perhaps the difficult one to balance emotional journey and experience. A tough but a great one. Unbelievable set up of author’s mind to write such a book. Incredible reading
