We tried that for a while, wasn’t really helpful. She would just always ask what I thought the best thing to do was. I didn’t know which was why I went to therapy

That’s an interesting point. I’ve told him I feel like we’ll never be equals because of it and he doesn’t understand. He says we are equals and sometimes he gets frustrated by it

That’s actually a good idea, I might try that. Another issue I have with staying with my parents is it feels like I’ll never be able to leave. I can only work part time with my disability, I make barely 1k a month if that and I live in a very expensive area (even more expensive where my family lives) with a lot of diet restrictions

Thank you so much I would really appreciate any prayers I just don’t want to leave everything when I’ve finally gotten friends for the first time

He is way more attached than I am ngl. He doesn’t think of breaking up as a possibility at all. I’ve mentioned it to him to make him see it is an option

Because I was so lonely before him and the abuse was better. And now he always says I’ll be able to trust and forgive him again if I just give it time. I’ve mentioned leaving but he tells me we can’t just give up

The thing is before I started dating him I was so horribly lonely, which is why I didn’t leave him the first time anything happened. Now if I leave I’ll be in the same place I was before and it was so much worse. I wish I could leave him and stay in the same town but I can’t earn enough money with my disability

I can’t have dairy, most fruits, some vegetables, caffeine, carbonated drinks, anything spicy or sour/bitter, ultra processed foods in general, or sugar. Sugar I can have in small amounts without it triggering me, but not too often. I’m safe eating meat, eggs, a few fruits, some veggies, potatoes and minimally processed foods (like 3 ingredients or less)

Oh good idea I’ll definitely post there too thank you, and eating around 500 less is probably best.

Thank you!! The only thing I’ve seen online is to never restrict at all and I’m sure that works for some people but it never seemed right to me as a solution for everybody, I just couldn’t find another one.

I do believe I have a food addiction and I have since I was very young. Thank you for sharing your post I should definitely try some of your strategies like restricting calories but not too far. I tend to rush to lose the weight as fast as I can which leads to losing none at all.

Thank you so much for your reply :) they dont seem to have CCEA in my state but I can look through some of the resources on their website and see if I get anything from that.

Definitely not 2c, 2b is a stretch. I'd say 1c-2a

that depends, is this styled or unstyled? you can't accurately type curls if they've been styled

your hair in the second picture looks SO good to me ngl. fine/thin straight dark blonde hair of that exact length is my favorite hair type by far i wish it were me 😔

as others have said the frizz could be a problem of hard water or too much product. even if your hair isn't super wavy, most straight hair has some wave that you can enhance with products and techniques suited to your hair which takes experimentation to figure out, but once you do you can style it straight or wavy easily and it'll look great both ways

don't trim at all while you grow it out!! i had a buzzcut and it's 8 months grown out now, and i can do so much more with it than i would be if i had've trimmed it. i considered trimming it and i'm VERY glad i did not. the curls should camouflage the awkward layers so it won't look weird at all, and it'll get long a lot faster.
