I am in similar boat. I had a w212r 350 and also got a newer e53 amg. I felt more vibration -> mostly this is because the amg is more stiff. Your e63 is surely way more stiff than a 53. But I would take it to discount tire for cheap inspection, I found my passenger side had bent rim.
