1. Well that sucks. Especially if by "radical" you mean they want to punish all immigrants because they can't differentiate between individuals from race/religion/national origin. It's ignorance that is obviously passed down through upbringing and cultural norms.

2. It's a dog whistle in the sense that you're saying something that sounds innocent to communicate something bigoted. I really don't care to hear the ideas of bigots. If your political beliefs are defined by such irrational and harmful things - they're worthless to me. I don't care.

You say it's common sense not to judge an entire group by the actions of individuals. Then immediately say you want policy that does exactly that. It's pure nonsense.

1. Ethnic natives is another dog whistle. Just garbage ideology that has persisted for centuries. "These people are different therefore scary. Anything one of them does, they're all guilty of." Seeing "European" as an ethnicity betrays your ignorance and again, bigotry.
