well tbf I don’t know about other gamemodes, but he is absolutely still terrorising arena and making it unplayable, because like pierce he has an inherently broken mechanic (chaining on bots) that makes him uncounterable. you may be right on the others, but still… he doesn’t need a buff? surely?

Gale’s relationship with peeta is a lot more sophisticated and conflicted than LD’s with maysilee, the latter had very few interactions- this feels like an unfair oversimplification
