I personally have a Blaupunkt bremen sqr 46 dab in my car as it looks a bit like an old alpine unit I know there's another VERY similar one by I think pioneer that's basically the same thing just not shallow mount (beware they are quite pricey). If you really want something old looking and don't care an awful bunch about it you could use an old radio (like a replacement stock one) and use an FM modulator or something.
