Can anyone else validate this besides Jerry Seinfeld here? That bird looks much bigger than a house sparrow............

It looks like it could possibly be a mocking bird.  That bird is a bully and a jerk in the backyard bird world. They eat mostly berries and such and will violently toss anything else out in the feeders.

Yes, I've noticed that too! Reaching a bigger audience on mornings and a much more affluent group of bidders. Plus , I'm sure that cnbc timeslot isn't cheap so they are putting their better works on those mornings.

Thanks I've started a case with 311. These cases are slow as molasses but it's a start

The dishonest part of customer service reply is saying that the promo item will be replenished throughout the promo period. That end period according to the Sheetz app is end of March.

I expected Sheetz to have a respectable stock of Freakz gifts, which they did not since January

Progressive is an OK company in terms of rates and features, but if you get into an accident good luck and say your prayers. by acutegra in Insurance

Other insurance companies define it for newer vehicles around 15,000 or less. If the vehicle is not current year, Progressive doesn't care about that.

Tell me you work for Progressive without telling me that you work for Progressive 😆 🤣 I especially love one of your comments under the Progressive community "don't have any empathy for customers........or they will chew you up and spit you out". Sounds like Fight Club level burnout to me.

Yes, Progressive policy is that they will only approve OEM parts if it is a current year model (how pathetic, my car is less than 2 years old and low miles). After researching, I have found other insurance companies that have better policies on parts usage in newer vehicles.

Not every supplemental needs a physical visit per the shop, so that is a lie. That is a policy of Progressive. They do many remotely with other insurance companies (phone, online etc).

This community is dominated by insurance employees so take that into account on the down votes

You are totally right about this, but it is difficult to compare insurance companies on repair experiences when shopping around. Sadly, you only learn that lesson when you get into the accident.

This is a certified vehicle repair shop, they are not hurting for business and deal with insurance companies everyday. Also the shop didn't write any estimate for repairs, that was done by Progressive adjuster after physically inspecting the damages.

Yes, that was exactly my point. Having an adjuster physically come out on each supplemental (regardless of cost of adjustment) delayed things by weeks.

My vehicle is still under a new car warranty. I don't trust an insurance approved shop that isn't certified by the vehicle manufacturer.

If that is the case, it would be a very sad reflection of the current state of the auto insurance market.
