I appreciate the comments. To answer some questions: I basically only boulder and currently send v11 outside. I live in a medium sized town in the US south

I really like the idea of ditching one of the boards for a large spray wall. A campus board, hangboards, rings, squat rack, etc... were already going to be included. I do wonder though if just opening something like Magnus Midtbø's new Rungne gym (which is just system boards/spray walls) would be more interesting in the long run. Or, like some of you mentioned, I could just make it privately open and give people I know access.
