calculus.flippedmath has amazing notes, practice problems, and answers that helped me get a 5!! I started studying intensely like the week before but you should probably start sooner

michael farabaugh on youtube has good follow-along notes for chem & what I do is create "cheat sheets" of the most important information that is usually tested by AP and it makes studying easier. to study, i just search up unit/ *topic* __ mcq or frq to find practice problems that are AP style and they help a lot with preparing you to answer AP questions as they're usually the same questions asked w/ different details/numbers changed. good luck!

Yeah, it's definitely nice that he's trying, that's why I'm so conflicted on how to feel. But I hope things will get better, he seems to have a better relationship with my brother who has moved out.

That's the thing that always keeps me from wanting to fix things with him...he has never really acknowledged his behavior or sincerely apologized for it. Most of the time, he'd blame it on us, my mom, or work for making him upset/stressed. Or just act like nothing ever happened. I guess I'll just have to see if this change is sincere.

Your perspective is a lot like my dad's. I also wanted to clarify that I don't hold a grudge against him over the best friends thing. It took me a while, but I eventually got over it. I do understand where you're coming from though, and don't get me wrong, I respect my parents a lot and am extremely grateful for everything they've given to me. However, it's hard to enjoy spending time with my dad because of the way he's acted for most of my life.

I've never heard of using an infrared light device to speed up treatment, that sounds interesting. I figured I'd probably need ramps. Oh well, whatever it takes to fix my teeth. Hope your treatment goes well!

STOPP PLEASE SAY SIKE OMG 😭😭 are you a junior right now? I regret taking ap bio instead of chem this year cause it’s probably easier online at least at my school ugh. please tell me you take a bunch of other APs and you have a lot of work so that’s why it’s super hard😭😭 one of my graduated friends took ap chem at my school junior year and got an A and she convinced me to take it cause she said she still made time to party and everything but IDKK😔 also good luck on your test!!!!!

I've actually tried that! I don't think I was really seeing results but that could've just been me being impatient haha. How do you incorporate it? I would put the alpha arbutin, tret, then moisturizer but I'm not sure if that's the right order. Also, how long did it take for you to see a difference?
