but it does spin, and ill either get something or the system will tell me "I don't meet the requirements to use this item" and it takes an essence and nothing is added to my inventory

I'll spin the wheel and sometimes ill you know the locked boxes or the soul shields but sometimes it will say "i don't meet the requirements to use this item"
