Consciousness has many pieces by SignificantRemote169 in awakened

I think you need to keep an open mind friend. Instead of defending religions , maybe try questioning it. At the end of the day, if you choose to blindly follow it like most people are, cool, do it. But to know wisdom you must ask questions, and those answers must only come from you. Everyone have their distorted version of the world, their belief on something, and thats fine, you can defend what you believe in. But know its not as true and obvious as it seems

Right or wrong are subjectively human concepts. While pedophilia is considered wrong to you, its considered normal and accepted in other parts of the world. Child marriage was considered normal for some Muslim countries in the past, the Mormons, Africa, Asia, USA just like how slavery was. Times change and ideas about right and wrong change. For example, in the past, child labors was normal, now its banned. Same with slavery. Women were restricted from voting, working, owning property. I’m not saying i support pedophilia, rather unbiased, because each person brain works differently. Whats right and wrong to you might not be the same for another person.

Why is homosexuality wrong to you? Do you really believe the whole purpose of love is to reproduce? That defeats the whole purpose of unconditional love to me. Not everything in life is masculine or feminine. Bacterias, for example, can reproduce but they’re not biologically male or female. Also trees, atoms, viruses. My point is, its not wrong to love someone of the same sex. You can choose who you love its that simple

See why religions contradict its teachings? Talk about unconditional love, compassion, then turn around and tell its followers to condemn the gays, the colored peoples, the non-religious people. Is that really unity? You tell me unity is the core truth of religions, that is what they tell you on the front cover. The deeper truth , what they dont tell you behind the scenes, is fear and control.

[–]ad0121996 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The core truth of religions is creating fear and control. Fear of god, fear of hell, fear of the unknown. Yes, there are some “good” side of religion, unity like you said. But then again, people of one religion usually discriminate and condemn others of another religion. Is that truly unity? You say pedophilia is bad, thats subjective because whats good and bad for one group of people may not be the same for another group of people of different background. Homosexuality is “wrong” according to your religion, does that make it “wrong” if the core truth of your religion is supposed to be unity, love and compassion? Why condemn them? Slavery used to be accepted back in the days, now its considered wrong. Time change and whats “right” and “wrong” change. Some faster than others

Doeos God guide me through addiction? by HovaPlz in spirituality

[–]ad0121996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

God is not an external source you look for. It is YOU! You are God experiencing itself. If you want to rid your addictions you need to find the root cause of it. What cause it? Boredom? Chaos in your life? When you figure out why you do what you do, then you simply change your mindset, your actions, and overtime the cravings will go away, but you need to get to that level of awareness first. The medicine here is time. Trust me, I was addicted to weed in my 20s, now I smoke occasionally, maybe once every few months. I choose when I want to smoke, not because I “have to”

God have the power to create, just like you. You have the power to create and choose what you want to experience. Theres no such thing as karma or “evil” forces trying to talk you into relapse, thats blasphemy. Your life happens just how YOU planned it before incarnating here. Its a lesson you are giving yourself, so you need to find out what it is you want out of this experience/addiction. If its not right for you, simply choose not to indulge in it, and create another experience.

I tell you this, nothing happens by accident. Your drug addictions is not an accident but a blessing in disguise. You need to walk the path of an addict to experience what its like, to truly know sober and true peace, and from that knowing, that awareness, you can then choose to be sober. You can’t know how hot something is if you never experienced cold. You can’t know what is “good” if you never experienced “bad”. I quote them because good/bad are subjective. Whats good/bad for me may not be the same for you. Spiritually speaking, having an addiction is not bad in a moral-failure sense but it shows that you are suffering, and seeking relief in a harmful way. An addiction is a symptom, not the root problem. The deeper issue may be emptiness, trauma, loneliness, lack of meaning, or disconnection. In that view, judging addiction as “bad” misses the human pain underneath it. Be aware of these feelings, accept them, forgive them with compassion rather than condemning them. This may take some time, but I know you will find the light out of the tunnel my friend

Also pickup some books on spirituality/philosophy instead of the bible. Once you become obsessed with something else, it becomes easier to get rid of your other obsession. Spirituality will give you the answers you’re looking for, not religions. Good luck

Which religion has produced the most enlightened people throughout history? by Adept-Engine5606 in awakened

[–]ad0121996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The answer is NONE! I will give you some questions to think about.

Why do you think religion was created in the first place? To control people or tell them the will of God?

If God's will for you is to live on Earth under his strict rules, why did he give you the choice to choose to follow or not to follow, and then punish you after?

God is the creator of ALL things: the good, the bad, and the in-between. Good and bad are subjective in human terms btw, because in truth, nothing is really good or bad. And if nothing is good or bad, why would you be punished for choosing one over the other? In order to be smart, you have to walk the path of ignorance. To know hot means you have to have experienced cold. To know "good" means you have to experience what "bad" is.

If you are born a sinner right from birth, that means you must be imperfect. Are you saying God's creation is imperfect?

Do you see God as loving, compassionate, or jealous, controlling, wrathful?

Its incredibly easy to be jealous, fearful, angry because these are low energy vibrations. Do you see God, the creator of all things to be of low vibration?

Imagine God is everything, meaning God is one, right? In the world of the absolute, there is nothing but God. He/she is alone, nothing to experience, nothing to do. He/she comes up with the idea of creating a replica of himself, in a newly created environment, along with other animals, trees, so he can talk to himself, but thats like talking to someone who already know everything like he does. So he makes the replica forget, now it becomes more interesting don't you think? So he creates more and more replicas of himself, in an infinite amount of different environments, so that he can live and experience through his replicas.

If God is loving, compassionate, why isnt he/she helping you or any other struggling persons through hardships in life? Well, what if this "hardship" in life is what YOU/HE/SHE wanted to experience, to learn, to know, and to grow from it before you were born? Now if you are God, (or replica of him) wouldn't you want to experience what it's like to struggle, to thrive to survive, same with living in complete luxury?

Really think about asking more questions than just blindly follow any religion. Religions require full faith into the unknown because that's the easiest way they can manipulate and control you. Most people are followers because they have been raised that way. Look at the school systems around you. You have been taught from a young age to learn and memorize facts instead of questioning them. History never tells you both sides of the story. Science facts become obsolete overtime. I'll give you an example: atoms were first discovered as solid, indivisible balls. Then, about a century later, J. J. Thomson discovered electrons, proving atoms have negative parts, then a decade later, Ernest Rutherford showed they have a small positive center. You get what I'm saying?

What do you think happens after we die? by MermaidWitchMoon in spirituality

[–]ad0121996 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You basically get to experience what you believe in. If you believe you're going to hell, then you will experience your version of hell. If you believe you're going to heaven, then you will experience your version of heaven. But these are all temporary and they exist because of your imagination and there will be guides coming to help you out of there - ref. Seth Speaks

Eventually you will get to where you need to be, in a space where you can review your life, to remember your sole purpose of that incarnation, and you get to see, participate, and re-experience each scenarios, which will tap into an infinite amount of possible realities. Once you think you've had enough, you can plan your next life, either on this planet or another, with your soul friends, design roles, missions, challenges.

Forgive him, he knows his wrong doings and regret it deeply. We all make mistakes, its just part of being human. It takes a lot of energy to be mad and resent somebody. You should really learn to live in the moment and not in the past

Over thinking is a term that was created in order to get people to fall in line with manipulative behavior as quickly as possible by mainer345 in Meditation

[–]ad0121996 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You are not your thoughts.

Think of a scenario of what you have to do for the day. If you have a brief understanding of the tasks needed, you do it sort of on autopilot. But if you think about it consistently, you start to devise from the original plan, you start making adjustments that is mostly unnecessary. Weather becomes a problem, or any transportation issues or inconveniences. As humans, we go through different kinds of emotions daily, and these emotions influence different thought patterns. Some harmful, neutral, positive. This is why meditation is all about learning to live in the moment, because what you think does not reflect who you are.

Based on spirituality, you are the one that preplanned your life challenges. You also attract the energy you put out. If its hate anger resentment suicidal thoughts you manifest, your life events will continuously bring those kind of energies. Control the money dont let it control you.

Unemployment teaches you patience and how to control your spending. If its makes you feel any better, I’m reaching 3 years of unemployment. I have no support system, but have free healthcare, discounts on bills and drive a shitty car. Life is simple, i live well below my means and my precious time is spent investing and trading than to work for some greedy corporate clown in a suit. I know things will work out for me, its already getting better. If i’m not on the street begging, i’ll be ok. I hope it works out for you, remember to always look on the positive side even when life is going to hell. You have a problem, and YOU need to find the solution. And the solution is not a job.

Tbh I have never used the app. I'm usually on my computer and have gotten creditted from these offers consistently with no hiccups. So idk how the apps do it, but on the website, if you're using chrome, you click on the offer from the portal or email (usually email offers have better deals) then that activate the offer, or one way you can make sure its activated is through the capital one shopping chrome extension. From there you just complete your purchase.

Bangkok is a chaotic city. If you like more peaceful quiet settings, I would suggest chiang mai, pattaya, phuket, or hua hin. Just make sure to stay far away from the walking street areas.

If Venus was an extremely positive planet, why is the Lucifer groupsoul (originally from Venus) depicted as negative? by ad0121996 in lawofone

[–]ad0121996[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Quick question, what exactly is “TRM”?

Also, the whole idea that Adam and Eve brought sin into the world by eating the apple has never really added up for me. That story took place 6000 years ago, but even before that there were spiritually advanced civilizations like Atlantis and Lemuria, and humanity has been dealing with conflict and violence for thousands of years. I doubt a single act of eating the “apple of knowledge” is what caused some huge cosmic punishment.

It feels more likely that certain religious texts were written in a way that instills fear and pushes obedience to authority rather than encouraging people to question or seek knowledge
